About the role
As a Freight Operations Coordinator, you'll be the link between our clients' shipments and the carriers that move them. You'll coordinate bookings, track active shipments, and solve problems in real time — making sure every container, truck, and vessel stays on schedule.
What you'll do
Coordinate daily bookings across ocean, air, and ground freight
Track active shipments and proactively flag delays before clients notice them
Liaise with carriers, port agents, and warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly
Prepare and verify shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance
Maintain shipment records and update tracking systems in real time
Support customs clearance coordination alongside our compliance team
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong attention to detail, especially with shipping documentation
Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with international carriers
Clear communicator who can explain delays and solutions without jargon
Proficiency with logistics/tracking software (training provided if needed)
Calm under pressure — peak season doesn't rattle you
Nice to have
Experience with customs documentation or compliance
Familiarity with FCL/LCL ocean freight processes
A second language relevant to our key trade routes
